參薑杞子茶 – 明目補腎 、抗衰老 、 增活力

花旗參能滋陰補氣 、抗衰老 、寧神益智。生薑能暖胃驅寒、去膽固醇。此茶能提神養氣 、增活力 、去疲勞 、明目補腎。


材料:


花旗參2湯匙

薑1~2片

杞子20粒

圓肉15粒或去核紅棗6粒


做法:


- 杞子浸洗15分鐘 , 薑片洗淨去皮

- 圓肉、花旗參洗淨

- 全部材料(杞子除外)用4碗水煑20分鐘後加入杞子便可
