洋甘菊杞子茶 – 治失眠、焦慮不安、糖尿病、便秘及降膽固醇

洋甘菊 (chamomile)


能治療失眠、降低血壓、提神,還可以增強記憶力及降低膽固醇。洋甘菊可以止咳,祛痰,舒緩頭痛、偏頭痛或感冒引起的肌肉痛。洋甘菊可治長期便秘、能消除緊張、眼睛疲勞及潤肺等功效。洋甘菊加上杞子可明目 , 治失眠、降膽固醇、糖尿、舒緩頭痛及緊張情緒。


材料:


洋甘菊、杞子各1湯匙 (1 tbsp )




做法:


- 洋甘菊、杞子浸洗15分鐘

- 將洋甘菊及杞子放入茶壺內 , 注入滾水沖洗一下 , 再注入滾水泡焗10分鐘便可


~~手術前後2星期不宜飲用洋甘菊。血壓低人仕、孕婦、正在服用高血壓葯人仕也不宜服用洋甘菊。
