紅蘿蔔冬菇蟲草花雪耳花生湯 – 潤肺養顔、增強抵抗力 、健脾補賢

材料:


  • 紅蘿蔔1~2條

  • 冬菇4朵

  • 蟲草花些少

  • 紅皮花生些少

  • 雪耳半個

  • 杞子十餘粒

  • 無花果乾1個

  • 果皮一片

  • 瘦肉1塊


做法


- 紅蘿蔔洗凈去皮切塊 ,冬菇浸至軟身,雪耳浸軟去蒂出水,瘦肉出水,蟲草花浸洗15分鐘,花生浸洗15分鐘,杞子浸洗15分鐘,果皮浸軟去瓤 , 無花果洗凈切半;


- 全部材料(雪耳,杞子除外)用7碗水煑1小時後,加雪耳再煑半小時放杞子加鹽即成。


~~此湯清甜美味,老少皆宜,痛風病者不宜。
