紅蘿蔔金針螺頭湯

此湯有滋陰降火、養心安神的作用、對焦慮、煩躁、提心吊膽、失眠、陰虛火旺、盜汗、肌肉緊張、心跳過速、頭暈耳鳴者很有裨益。


用料是:


  • 紅蘿蔔2條

  • 金針3錢

  • 花生5錢

  • 百合5錢 , 蓮子 5錢

  • 杞子3錢

  • 螺頭5個

  • 果皮1塊。


做法:


螺頭洗淨出水。金針浸洗半小時出水。百合、蓮子、杞子浸洗半小時 , 紅蘿蔔去皮切塊 , 果皮浸洗去瓤;全部材料(杞子除外)用7碗水煮個半鐘後加杞子和鹽便可。
