香蕉燕麥熱香餅 ( pancake ) - 無油、無糖健康早餐

材料:


熟香蕉1隻

雞蛋2個

燕麥1/2杯



做法:


1. 香蕉用叉壓碎 , 備用



2. 把雞蛋打至起泡


3. 燕麥打碎成燕麥粉


4. 把壓碎的香蕉、燕麥粉加入起泡的雞蛋拌勻



5. 倒1勺pancake糊到平底鍋 , 把麵糊弄成薄圓形 , 用中小火煎每面約1分鐘便可。




~~可加數滴檸檬汁及檸檬皮碎 (只用皮的黃色部份 ) , 會更好味。
